Nadadores, Coahuila - Mexico
Fruit of the Earth

Like many other areas, Nadadores has its origins in a Franciscan mission and has changed its location on various occasions.

The Santa Rosa de Viterbo de los Nadadores Mission, which in 1674 was populated with regional Indians, today is a laborious community that focuses its economy on the agricultural production of corn, wheat, squash, sorghum, and fodder.

Within its municipal seat, located 28 Km. (17 miles) to the north-west of Monclova, the clock, which was a gift from the inhabitants of San Pedro de las Colonias for the help received during a flood, is found.

To relax, Nadadores has Lucio Blanco Blvd. Across from the central plaza, the Temple of Nuestra Señora de las Victorias stands out. There is a festival in her honor on September 8th. Visit the area of Celemania de la Harinera Miller with its unique wheat flour.
